Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use Nigraan. The service is provided by Sarmad Labs, a sole proprietorship based in Sahiwal, Pakistan ("we", "us"). By installing or using Nigraan, you agree to them.
Subscription
Nigraan is a subscription service, billed monthly in advance. An annual option is available and is also paid in advance. The fees that apply to you are the ones agreed when you sign up; current published pricing is on our pricing page.
Payment is arranged directly with us — we will agree the method with you at signup. A subscription stays active for as long as the current period is paid.
Setup fee
The one-time setup fee covers data migration from your previous software, installation, and staff training. It is non-refundable once installation has started.
Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable, including for a partial month or a partial year. If you cancel, your subscription simply runs to the end of the period you have already paid for.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time by giving us 30 days' notice on WhatsApp, by phone, or by email. There is no long-term contract and no cancellation penalty.
After cancellation your data stays available for export for 90 days, and is then permanently deleted. See our Privacy Policy.
Licence
A licence covers one pharmacy and one billing terminal. If you want to bill from a second counter, that needs its own licence. You may not resell, sub-licence, or redistribute the software.
The desktop app checks its licence when it syncs. If the internet is down, it keeps working for an offline grace period of 30 days, so a connection problem never stops your billing.
Your data belongs to you
The data in Nigraan is yours, not ours. Your sales, inventory and customer records belong to your pharmacy. We store and process them only to provide the service to you. An export of your data is always available on request — during your subscription and after it ends, within the retention window above. We will never hold your data back to keep you as a customer.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your staff PINs and account details confidential.
- Make sure the data you enter is accurate — we cannot verify it for you.
- Use Nigraan in line with the laws that apply to your pharmacy, including record-keeping and medicine regulations.
Service availability
We do not offer an uptime guarantee. Cloud services, backup and the mobile app can be interrupted by maintenance or by problems at our providers. Because the desktop app is offline-first, your billing keeps running even when our servers or your internet are down; data syncs once the connection is back.
The mobile app shows data as of the last sync, with a “last updated” time on every screen. It is not a real-time feed.
Support
Support is included in your subscription and is provided over WhatsApp and phone during working hours. Installation and training are included as described above.
Limitation of liability
We provide Nigraan with reasonable care, but to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost sales, or loss of goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the 90 days before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The “last updated” date at the top shows when. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you before it takes effect, and you can cancel if you do not accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Sahiwal, Pakistan.
