Pricing questions
What does the setup fee include?
Migrating your data from your previous software, installing Nigraan on your billing computer, and training your salesmen on it. It is a one-time fee, paid once at the start.
Is there a contract?
No. It is month to month. You can cancel any time with 30 days' notice — no penalty, no lock-in period.
If I stop using Nigraan, do I get my data?
Yes. Your data belongs to your pharmacy, not to us. An export is always available on request, and your data stays available for 90 days after you cancel.
How do I pay?
We arrange it with you directly on WhatsApp — cash or bank transfer, whichever is easier for you. The monthly fee is paid in advance.
